After I read the handout on Employability Skills 2000+, I found two headings that I do extremely well. The first heading is, Demonstrating Positive Attitudes & Behaviors, and the second heading I do extremely well is, Working with Others.
I feel like I do extremely well in, Demonstrating Positive Attitudes & Behaviors, because, whenever I'm in school, in the community, or at home; I believe that you should always have good manners with everyone and always respect your elders.
I also feel like I do extremely well in, Working with Others, because, I enjoy listening to other people's thoughts or ideas and helping others whenever needed.
After I looked over the handout again, I realized there were two headings that I might want to improve on a bit. The first heading is, Thinking & Solving Problems, and the second heading I might need a little help on is, Managing Information.
I feel like I need a little help on, Thinking & Solving Problems, because, I can solve some problems and at times, I might be slow at solving them as well.
I feel that I might need some improvement on, Managing Information, because, It takes me a while to think how to locate and gather info, and how to put info in an organized document folder to present it later on.
Now that I looked at my post, I realized I should try to do better in all of the Employability Skills on the handout, so I can have great skills when applying for a job.

New Year's Resolution
My New Year's Resoultion for 2012, is to try to relax more, because, I am always packed with homework and I want to try to get it done faster to have freetime of my own.

My Multiple Intelligences

Before I did the Multiple Intelligences Test, I thought my strengths would be Logical Smart and Linguistic Smart.
After I did the test, I found out that my first thought was correct, but, I also found out I also have 4 other strengths. All my strengths are Logical Smart, Linguistic Smart, Interpersonal Smart, Intrapersonal Smart, Musical Smart, and Visual/Spatial Smart.
I was correct about having Logical Smart and Lingustic Smart. I am certain that this is positive for Logical Smart, because, I love solving any problems and I enjoy doing mathematics. Also, I am certain that this is positive for Linguistic Smart, because, I have read over 100 books at least, and I love writing in my two novels I am creating right now.
According to the test I took, I learn best when I look at different pictures with art or finding my way through puzzles, graphs, and mazes or by problem soving and using numbers in my learning.
The more I become more mature and older, I should continue on using different strategies when I learn new activities. Like when I need to solve any problems, or needing numbers in my basic learning.
This ABSOLUTELY sounds like me, so I am able to say that this result is very accurate.

My Learning Style
Before I did the Learning Style Test, I thought my learning style would be Abstract Sequential or Concreate Random.
After I did the test, I found out my learning style was Concrete Sequential.
When I began to read the Learning Style Chart, I found out that this style actually mostly matches everything about me, because, It says I like to have everything or make a project in order and very organized. I like to do my best in everything I do, and maybe add something for extra points. It also says that I learn my hardest when I work in a structured environment and It is very true. My structured environment is at home. I work better there, because, I have no distractions, peace and quiet, and I feel more powerful and successful in my home.
For the list that says "What's hard for them?" It said that I have may have trouble working in groups (CS) and It sounds just like me. It's not that I work bad or let my group do all the work. It's because mostly every group I work with, they end up making me do all the work. I end up finishing all the work, but, I tell the teacher that my group did nothing on the project and then they get in trouble. I just wish that I could work with one group, that actually helps me with the project, not just a group sits there and listen's to their music for the whole class. Some group that will actually help me for once.
In the future, I should learn to be more tough and secure when working with groups so I don't end up doing the work and getting my peers in trouble.

I am very ambitious and have a creative personality. I am also sensitive and I am really fast at fixing people's situations. I feel like I am always occupied with work, but, I am always well informed. I always have a need to accomplish everything possible, but, I may be a little stubborn sometimes.
